Three Questions and Wishcasting Wednesday ~ Being Gentle

This week Jamie asks wishcasters, with what do you wish be gentle?

I wish to be gentle with love, understanding and waiting that comes with transition. I wish to be gentle, yet firm, with myself as I make the journey required by comitting to authenticity. Today someone wise asked me the following three questions. Each strikes a chord with me ~ a trinity of questions that gently nudges us closer to ourselves, our existential potential.

A wish to be gentle embodies  a wish to refrain from judging, to tread with patience, to embrace forgiveness, and relinquish vengence. That, I wish for myself in the weeks ahead as I ponder the questions below.

What is the story of my life?

Who wrote and/or is writing this story?

Am I the main player, or just a spectator, in this story?

As tinkerbell wishes for herself I so lovingly wish this for her also.

I understand being in transition myself!

As Tinkerbell wishes for herself I also wish for her.

Those three questions are awesome. I always have to ask myself the last one.
Am I the main player, or just a spectator, in this story? I so want to be the main player in my life...

Have to admit these question are nearly breathtaking in their demand for an answer.
Wishing however you all the very best, I'll for sure think about those in the days ahead.

Most days I know I play the spectator sitting by the side of the road watching everyone else move along. I understand transition all too well. For a year now I've been out of work and I know this is the time I'm supposed to do a lot of self-discovery. It's a challenge to be gentle! As you wish for yourself, I wish for you also.

definitely something to think about on this journey.

As Tinkerbell wishes for herself, so I wish for her also. Those are great questions - thank you for sharing them. Transition is a hard place to be in and it really does require gentleness with ourselves while we are here, no matter how much we may resent having to be that way or impatient we are to get past it.

Those are powerful questions. I think I may try to answer them in my journal later.

As you wish for yourself, so I wish for you also.

wow - what great questions! yes, i can see many of us journaling away with those!

and to be gentle while in transition ... so powerful and true! i tend to be impatient with myself, thinking i should be further along and meanwhile missing the lessons/wisdom of my current spot on that path.

As tinkerbell wishes for herself, so I wish for her also.

What a great question - "am I the main player or the spectator in my life?" Sometimes it changes day to day for me.

As Tinkerbell wishes for herself, so I wish for her as well.

Lasr night the light of transition literally pulled me outside to sit with it. The light of sunrise and sunset, both so beautiful, so alluring - so different and almost unnoticeable from others unless you are tuned into it.

Sending LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! as you ease through your transition, asking yourself guiding questions....

As you wish, so I wish for you also... always love. love. love.
