Over the past 6 months I established a friendship with God, in a way I never have before. This all started by going to LIFE Recovery, to get help kicking my debilitating addictions to crack and weed. Immediately, during my first praise and worship devotional, the first morning of my stay there, I felt what I will call the Holy Spirit. It moved me to tears. I felt the presence of God in that house, and still do, whenever I go there. My perspective on my life and the world in which I find myself has completely changed. I view my marriage in a sacred light, and I value it and my husband in a way I haven't for a long, long time. At this time I have very little, materially, but I feel blessed nonetheless. Thank you God, my friend.

I am so glad you had this encounter. Life feels so different when we feel Godde's love... It took me a long time to get there. Now it is a question of loving Godde back.
