Time Capsule

For a change of pace you can check out my tumblr blogs ~ here and here ~ which are quite active these days.

[this post inspired by Rae and her Wellness Art-ivity blog challenge]

The box has an open position, representing my self and my heart having opened themselves to the truth and goodness that awaits. This time capsule essentially tells the story of the small gifts I have received and continue to receive in the wake of kicking my drug addiction. Toilet paper, because now I can afford to buy it, I no longer need to steal it. Love ~ true and steadfast, the kind my rage and selfishness blocked me from accepting. Money, I have more of it available to worthy endeavours, since I choose to no longer fund the drug dealers. What worthy endeavours? Simple and sweet things such as heart-shaped candies and chocolate. Pretty things like flowers and plants. Cool things like my new LG Gossip mobile phone. And that's all I have to say about that.

Thank you for this snapshot of your life! You are already on such an awesome journey of wellness. Not only are you able to meet your essential needs, but you are also able to bring small but needed indulgences into your life...also an essential.

Awesome!

Interesting little project. I like that there are totems from the journey that you're scattering around.

Although--I don't know if stealing toilet paper's such a bad thing. I'm finally in a position where I don't need to steal it quite as much, but still do. You wipe your ass with it...you MUST wipe your ass with it..so there's no better item to allow to be stolen, or to steal. It should flow like karma either way.
