I Write Because ...

I Write Because ..., originally uploaded by anEccentricMagnolia

Far too much time had passed since we last rearranged the furniture in the lounge. Certainly more than enough time to accumulated so much clutter, in all the hidden and unhidden nooks and cranies. Found? A small amount of floor bud, my missing Ado(RED) t-shirt (yeaaaay), a giant clip for my big, unruly hair, a forgotten cat toy, and some dried up ivy leaves from the ivy that used to grow inside the window. Found? A new conception of the same, old space. A writing corner for me (yeaaaay). Zen. Declutter. Unfilled, empty space. I love this, simply love it. Like the skin of a healing scar, my Muse has begun to itch. And itch. And itch. I have finally realized what I must write. I must write what I know. Complicated simplicity, it seems. It all boils down to this:

I write because I cannot help it and, because it is not there.

nothing feels better than defining and organizing a work space. and its always fun to find once lost items. i believe you do have to write, to photograph to be creative. its a good thing.

having a space to write is so important. I also find that sometimes all I need is some decluttering for my own muse to return.

This looking at things anew, however we achieve it, is one of our most important tasks I think, because otherwise even great beauty becomes something we take for granted.

And I wish I could find my giant hair clip too!

I constantly declutter but am' baffled with the fact that critter clutter seems to constantly be sprouting no matter what. Sigh.

But I must agree, that the motion of clearing space can be so liberating! The feeling afterwards is one of release - like finding a lost sense of yourself. Hmm, I need to be decluttering once again.

An entry that surely is able to be felt.

Please have a nice Saturday.
